How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Expedited orders placed after 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day.
Please Note: Some of our Inventory is shipped directly from the manufacturer who on occasion utilizes FEDEX DHL or USPS.
Order arrival time lines are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 5-7 business days. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page of the item and in your shopping cart. In rare instances, when an item in-stock becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified of the status of that order via e-mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We at Buyers Merchandise, LLC. make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 15 days as well. If the item(s) is defective, Buyers Merchandise, LLC. will replace the item. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit. Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 15 days to report it to Buyers Merchandise, LLC.
If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the your responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if you want insurance that is over $100(Applies to Emergency/Survival Gear Only). Any order that is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise: the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original charge of the order.
Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships out will have a 10% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy mentioned above will be applied.
Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error.
Manufacturers continually change product specifications. We at Buyers Merchandise, LLC try our best to keep the product descriptions on our Website up to date, they do not necessarily reflect the latest information available from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for missing, incorrect or outdated product descriptions and/or images. Buyers Merchandise, LLC is not responsible for pricing errors, and may not be able to honor orders for items where the pricing is incorrect.
